The Aviation 3 class has been diving into the airport environment, learning how to communicate effectively with Air Traffic Control and practicing the skills needed to taxi, take off, and land at various airports. Students are building real-world aviation knowledge and gaining confidence with the procedures pilots use every day! ✈️

🩺 Health Careers Field Trip! 🩻✨

Our Health Careers class spent the day at Southeast Tech’s Scrubs Camp, diving into hands-on activities and exploring future career pathways!
🔬 Medical Lab Scientist: Students practiced blood typing and learned how MLS professionals analyze samples to help diagnose patients.
🗡️ Surgical Technologist: They also got a firsthand look at the tools, skills, and precision needed in the operating room.
Such an awesome experience for our future healthcare professionals! 💙

Each month we’re sharing a look at the design decisions and features of this year’s student-built home! Here’s what the 25/26 house includes:

• 3 bedrooms, including a primary suite with a water closet & soaking tub
• 2.5 bathrooms
• Open-concept living with vaulted ceilings
• Large walk-in pantry
• Spacious covered front porch

🎨 Exterior Selections:
• Light gray board & batten + lap siding
• Graphite upper shakes
• White trim throughout
• Black shingles

This home will be sold at the end of the school year at a public auction — date TBD. Stay tuned each month as we highlight new features, progress updates, and student craftsmanship!
